Did anybody see the episode of Richard Hammond's Engineering Connections showing the inspirations behind Taipei 101? I remember him talking about an architecht who first came up with the concept of using steel frames in buildings instead of timber frames, which brought on the possibility of building skyscrapers. Does anyone remember that architechts name? or can anybody link me a website where that episode has been uploaded for streaming? thanks for any help :)... read more
